Instuctions for diluting white phenyle concentrate.
1. In a plastic drum measure out 39 litres of soft water.
2. In a seperate 2litre cup, measure out 1litre of white phenyle concentrate, if you want to add any perfume add at this stage and mix thoroughly till all of the perfume is dissolved and a clear solution appears.
3. Now take 1 litre of water from the plastic drum and slowly add to the white phenyle concentrate and mix and make a thin milky white paste. Now pour this milky white paste into the plastic drum and mix well for 5 minutes your 40litres of high quality, milky white, stable white phenyle is ready.
4. Allow the whole white phenyle to stand in the plastic drum covered for 8 hrs, then filter with a clean white cotton cloth and pack into suitable containers.
